Top our artisan pizza crust any way you like it because it bakes up nice and tastes just like pizza.

Bake an Artisan pizza crust naked and cut it up into cracker size bites.  Put them on a tray with some dip and you are ready to sit back and enjoy the game, the movie, whatever suits you.

And of course we have an old favorite that our bread is great for...grilled cheese sandwich

Our Waffle Mix makes a great batter for tempura

Shrimp Tempura...add a little Old Bay seasoning

Bread Crumbs
and they were great on the breaded pork chops, onion rings and shrimp we prepared.

You can purchase the bread crumbs at local stores or from our web store.

ALSO,
This past Thanksgiving we had an entirely gluten free traditional turkey dinner and everyone in the family enjoyed it because it tasted like the best prepared meal.

Turkey, gravy, asparagus, salad, stuffing, macaroni & cheese a little wine and topped it off with a slice of carrot cake with cream cheese icing and coffee.  All Gluten Free, the way it should be.

Gluten Free Stuffing Mix with our Croutons
They are not just great in a salad.        Start with our 12 ounce bag of croutons and follow this recipe for a great gluten free stuffing that all the family and friends will enjoy.    Ingredients: Croutons - 12 oz. ; 1 cup of butter or margarine; 1 large onion; 6 to 8 stalks of celery, chopped; 3 teaspoons of poultry seasoning; salt and pepper to taste; 4 cups of chicken broth.              In a dutch oven, pot or pan as shown, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.  Cook onion and celery until soft.  Season with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.  Stir in crouton cubes until evenly coated.  Moisten with chicken broth.  Mix well.

Use as stuffing for turkey or bake in an 8x8 buttered casserole dish at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes loosely covered with tin foil.  Remove foil for the last 5 to 10 minutes for a little bit of a crisp topping.  Makes 8 servings.

To take it up a notch - add mushroom and/or spicy sausage.

Or simply use the croutons with your favorite stuffing recipe.

ENJOY!!

Just a tip for you from Kalo Foods.

Gluten Free White Bread

Our bread has a 5 to 6 day fresh shelf life because the ingredients are natural and we do not use any artificial ingredients.  We suggest after a couple of days of use to freeze the rest of the loaf, not refrigerate because refrigeration dries it out.  You can pull out the slices as you need them. Microwave them for 10 seconds (depends on strength of you microwave) and they will be like fresh slices.

The bread is also great toasted out of the freezer and good for grilled sandwiches.

Just a tip from Kalo Foods.
